Company guidelines are not noticed and therefore are not practiced,
mysoghinist behaviour, like not valuing their opinion, not letting them speak and well all that other stuff women still have to face these days like sexual harrassment at work (and noone reporting it, because these women unfortunately still live in the century before the last (!!) thinking that behaviour would be okay), I also have to add to that point, that sadly many male workers stay in their position even after it is public to the company, that they have a problematic attitude when it comes to having contact to female workers,
no clothing for women (21century!!),
then we have holocaustdeniers (yeah, that's right folks!),
homophobic workers that won't tolerate transsexual people and will mobb behind their backs who will luckily tell you that this is a psychological disorder in their opinion, lots of superior workers won't see this because some of these issues are mentioned in English,
(gotta mention that only every 10th worker there really speaks English and only about every 25th is fluent - even though speaking English is a requirement for this job),
also many superior workers don't know how to react by law and want to avoid conflict situations therefore nothing is done or wrong decisions are made,
communication in the house is pure horror!, decisions are not made because nobody knows their competencies,
this is also beacause way to many people there are working in jobs they are not educated for, (many ex-soldiers in superior positions that still have leraned nothing about logistics, ladies whom got pregnant and got some position in whatever - no one cares if they can fullfill their tasks as long we don't have to care about these people anyway),
the union is said to be corrupt and they would have secret arrangements (I asked everyone who said something like this, if they had proof and if so they should go to the police, but till now nothing happened) so basically noone trusts their own union (!!) - which I can understand beacuse they don't think themselves that they could move something here,
people there (at the HUB) do not feel valued,
also there is a huge ammount of poorly educated people there (right wing, flat earthlers - yes in a GLOBAL company!, people that do not have the basic knowledge about anything, for example LGBTQI-rights, women-rights or that the equator is NOT the date line) and that costs money! Every LeadHand and Supervisor that has to google EVERY word before he/she does something costs money!
