      Good people team mates always helpful.

      Cons

      Very clicky management, is a if your face fits approach, Management do not appreciate honest feedback. Only want yes sir people. Management like to tell staff when they are working at short notice and threaten sacking if not possible to do. Not family friendly.

      Pros

      There is a serious lack of capable individuals at every site I have ever been to. That said, moving laterally in this company is easy enough if you have any sense.

      Cons

      A lot of politics within management at every site. Usually, GMs are too busy to notice their supervisors are incompetent.
