      Lack of integrity from CEO Values not followed by senior management Lies about companies carbon emissions (closing 80% of offices and not counting any carbon emissions from the 100k people now powering equipment at home is not an accurate measure of DXC's emissions) Low salaries/no increases Understaffed Few career prospects Slow decision making

      I stayed on for the good salary. New CEO might make a difference.

      Cons

      Internal systems and processes are a mess. Nothing works, unable to even bill many clients due to faulty time tracking. Random unknown teams constantly appears and tells you that you can't do regular business tasks due to outdated processes. I've never seen a more dysfunctional organization. Oh - and don't forget about the constant layoffs that are handled with completely random processes. I saw so many highly billable and skilled people being laid off simply because some systems didn't have the right information when the WFR lists were generated.
