      Very talented and hardworking colleagues; Service teams well positioned to provide standardized solution

      Major reduction in staff in progress; Remaining staff absorbing huge loads of work with no compensation; Lack of consistent and organized governance with clients; Leadership focus on profit but not balance with quality and customer satisfaction

      Pros

      - L1 managers are great, but are at risk just like regular employees - Flex env depends on your team.

      Cons

      - March to offshore all tech jobs to cheap shore anywhere, or contractors with zero experience. - Your skills are constantly compared to someone else in a cheap shore location with a fake resume filled with lies. I interviewed one of them who had skills listed on his resume based on a youtube video that he had watched online!! - Raises always stop at L3, because we made money but not enough for give you one. There is always a lame excuse to shrink or remove the bonus pool as well. - The rules of the game are constantly changed in order to rob the employees from raises, bonus, or even benefits.

      Pros

      Hardly any, since they (CSC & HPE) let many good people go via RIF or the smarter folks walked out the door before the axe hit them!...This company wants to become InfoSys USA..good luck!!!

      Cons

      So many!...RIFS..RIFS...and more RIFS (both CSC and HPE (have friends RIFed there too!). With the current CEO (Donald Trump?, no but Mike Lawrie is as clueless as Trump!), this company will go nowhere!..It's a services company that doesn't make a product and has NO unique offerings for the market.
