      Zero positives for this company.

      Omg. Where do I start? Worst company to work for: No salary increases for over 7 years!!!! I mean who does this?? No incentives to further career. Frowned upon to better yourself going to tech conferences to help the customer. Management in complete disarray It is implied that you sell even though you are not on the sales team. I sold more than the sales team for our customer!! Got nothing for it!!

      Pros

      Unlimited vacation was nice but you need to have a supporting manager to utilize.

      Cons

      WFRs - Most of my team was laid off with one day notice. Raise structure challenging to implement. Supposed to be performance based but was not successful in my case. Worked there for four years without a raise despite having top employee review ratings.

      End of DXC?

      There were many good people that used to work here; and that was a reason I stayed...

      DXC (which was formed by a merger between CSC and the ES division of HP... formerly EDS) is going through an extremely tough time right now. Other news sites have stated that it is "Descending into Turmoil" and in my opinion that is a true statement. There has been an exodus of Senior management; particularly from the HP ES side of the House. Announced on Town Hall that we are projecting a 10-15% shortfall in REV. If you can't increase REV by Growth; the only option is to cut costs (aka People). Ongoing layoffs are now impacting our ability to service our Customers. Lack of communication, direction... operating in a very reactive type mode right now.
