Stay Away!!! Not the same old Tribridge.

Might get to meet some of the great people who were the old Tribridge before they all leave.

Cons

This is NOT the old Tribridge. It was acquired by DXC Technologies and is now a terrible environment. I would encourage you to read the negative reviews and the 2.5 rating of DXC. They DO NOT care about employees at all. They care about cutting, outsourcing and H1-B visa use for as many jobs as possible. They cut cost on the backs of the employees. The do not empower even their most senior managers and principals. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible place. Most old Tribridge employees, including the CEO Tony DeBenedetto, are fleeing. Stay away!

Work from home Reasonably uneventful days so I can get on with studying and developing skills to help me find another job.

Cons

The company lacks identity and culture. Information from management layers is cascaded down one manager at a time - no opportunity to feed information back up the chain. So much red tape and restrictions - it looks awful to our customers that a technology company is so wrapped up in bizarre procedures and bad technology. Pay situation is awful except for key executives on the DXC board who earn around 9.6M between them. For everyone else, there is pay freezes, no bonuses, quarterly voluntary and compulsory redundancies to look forward to. Again this looks awful to customers who are dealing with people today who may be gone tomorrow. The organisation lacks strategy.

Not a good company to work for. A bureaucratic mess and compensation philosophy that pays only the very top executives.

Interesting industry. Still some good people left, although many have left and most others are looking.

No investment in people, bureaucratic processes, very bad benefits, very limited career progression
