      Company is too big. HR is making decisions without consulting the management. Also, the employees are not well utilized.

      Pros

      Ability to work from home. Some good co-workers still left.

      Cons

      Inconsistent business processes/procedures. Managers have no control to positively drive change. Some managers should not be managers especially those that: 1. cannot communicate effectively 2. micro-manage 3. give preferential treatment to employees that are part of their alliance No increases or incentives despite exemplary performance reviews. No financial investment in employees, i.e. training. No team building exercises/initiatives/conferences, etc. Terrible morale - people are dropping like flies!

      Mike Lawrie CEO came from csc and worst guy. after merge with HPE, dxc technology becomes more dangerous to employees. Every month layoffs, USA timing , No job security, No Job satisfaction , No hike.
