      - Decent salary - Remote/flexible work provides you options to travel & live more freely - great lower level managers and talent pool in reps/AEs are good - growing company, potential to IPO soon

      Cons

      - senior leadership is immature, reactive when making decisions and do not make decisions based on data but pure emotion / in the moment - don’t provide us right tools to be successful in the job - constant change but not positive change. I know some things are growing pains but they need to be thought out

      Toxic environment with zero psychological safety. Joining this org was the worst professional decision I've made. Leadership and team is passive-aggressive and gatekeeping, Everyone seeks to make director happy to get better role/comp, Team leads offer no real support. There's no genuine expertise there; decisions are surface-level, and the most complex deliverable is a ChatGPT wrapper that directly affects people's lives and livelihoods. Reviews are incentivized, they pay for positive ones. Terminations are political, not performance-based. Avoid.
