Very tight deadlines, I feel like they make every single request the most important in the world and needs to be finished ASAP just for the sake of it. Team lead is very responsive and helpful but also obsessed with efficiency, will question and reprimand you on each task not completed in their estimated time. A lot of check-ins on progress. If the job was adequately paid I wouldn't say anything about this, but they pay senior engineers far less than other companies while at the same time boasting about record high profits and growth. They cut down on benefits, there used to be a $100 off for bills or other reimbursements, but they removed that. I don't plan on staying very much longer, will leave with the first opportunity

The worst place I've worked. I worked overtime every day and on weekends. Constant changes are made, everything is chaotic, and you end up stressed. The salary you receive doesn't match the demands, the hours worked, or the problems caused by working here.
