      Fast pace and overwork - working weekends is not optional. Holidays denied No or rubbish benefits for internal staff (if they even take you on as a direct employee) Avoid at all costs if you want to preserve your mental health

      Good people and... that's it.

      Cons

      - Extreme unpaid overtime. Sometimes reaching up to 80h per week. - Wildly understafed - Team Leads are asked to do the role of Architect, Project Manager, Scrum Master and a Product Manager. - Extreme pressure with no rewards. - Don't expect salary raises. Average salary raise will be around 5% per year. - Benefits are bad a.k.a. non-exisitent. - You have to beg to take time off. - No sick leave - you have to work while sick. - Expected to do unpaid on-call, because it part of the job. (It isn't). In short - it's a sweat shop. If you are considering for any role in leadership at Deel - DON'T. It's a horrible experiences.

      Great exposure to global payroll operations and compliance. Fast-paced environment that sharpens problem-solving and adaptability. Opportunity to work with C-level executives and international clients.

      Cons

      Unmanageable workload with little internal support. Constant process changes that create confusion and inefficiencies. Burnout is common due to high pressure and unrealistic expectations. Zero job security – sudden layoffs with little to no warning. Leadership prioritises rapid expansion over employee well-being.
