      Work from home, 18 day PTO

      Cons

      Every month, customer support agents are assigned new responsibilities that were not agreed upon during hiring. These include working on weekends, as well as handling phone and video calls, none of which were part of the original job description. These changes are announced just one day in advance, leaving us unprepared and without proper training. It's absolutely ridiculous. I'm glad I left and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

      My experience with Deel has been disappointing due to overwhelming workload, overtimes, and questionable business practices in Russia. The company's relentless demands lead to burnout among employees, while its involvement in Russia raises ethical concerns. Proceed with caution when considering engagement with Deel.
