      Pros

      Great culture - everyone is really helpful and works really hard. Remote flexible work - I have a young family so being at home means I can spend more time with them Very high standards and execution focused - you learn very fast and are given lots of autonomy

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to switch off from work. People work all round the world so slack never sleeps.
