      Not a woke company! The company is experiencing rapid growth, offering numerous new positions and challenges. If you distinguish yourself, there are ample opportunities for advancement into higher management and technical roles. The speed is incredible fast, and we build and deliver a lot.

      Cons

      As the company expands, the workload intensifies and the challenges become more significant. However, the effort is rewarding and pays off in the long run.

      It has been a fantastic experience working at Deel. The company has a clear vision and knows exactly where it's headed. Product management is top-notch, and the team consistently delivers innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. One thing I really appreciate about Deel is how well they recognize and reward their employees. It creates a positive and motivating work environment that makes me feel valued and encouraged to give my best. I'm proud to be part of a team that is so passionate about what we do and committed to delivering exceptional results.

      Cons

      While Deel offers a competitive salary and a solid benefits package, the flexibility of benefits can be limited due to the company's global nature and the need to comply with labor laws in multiple countries. This is a necessary trade-off to ensure legal compliance. I'm good with it and all the flexibility that Deel provides to us.
