      - probably one of the most global workforce company - you have space to growth - the energy is good, you stay motivated

      Cons

      as the company is growing fast you can expect some changes in the process, usually they are improvements in current process, however with changes always comes friction. Timelines can be tight, depending on what you are working and how critical is your delivery

      - Powerful & impactful mission - Amazing values and culture, has incredible people (very hard-working, smart and effective) - Love how fast-paced the environment is - Full of opportunities, great place to learn, grow and develop new skills - Great flexibility, fully remote, offers WeWork

      No downsides from my side, but some employees may not like the idea of fully remote company

      My First Year at Deel: Pros and Cons from an Employee's Perspective

      Pros

      I've been at Deel for a year now, and it's been an amazing journey. The start-up vibe here fits me perfectly. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps things exciting and helps me learn constantly. My team is fantastic. They've been incredibly supportive, and working with them has made my job a lot more enjoyable. Another great aspect is the chance to connect with people from all over the world. It’s been such a rewarding experience to broaden my network and gain different perspectives. The travel perks and access to various co-working spaces are a huge plus. I love being able to change up my work environment whenever I need a fresh perspective. I'm really happy here and look forward to many more years at Deel!

      High-Paced Environment: The fast-paced nature can be overwhelming at times. Example: Juggling 2-3 projects with tight deadlines can lead to long working hours. Work-Life Balance: Balancing work and personal life can be challenging due to the demanding workload. Example: It's not uncommon to find yourself working late into the evening or on weekends to meet targets.
