      Pros

      Working at Deel offers me the flexibility to work and travel. The diversity of working in a fully remote company is truly inspiring. Additionally, it's exciting to be part of a rapidly growing company every day.

      Cons

      The downside is that we need more in-person gatherings in different countries.
