      Pros

      Flexibility: Working from anywhere. Cost savings: Working remotely can save you money on commuting, work attire, and eating out. Increased productivity: Without the distractions of a traditional office environment

      Cons

      While the idea of meeting each other and Deel paying for the cost of travel is appealing, this is not applicable to everyone. Especially those who have family members to take care of. We also have quarter- and year-end gatherings. I hope we can make this more flexible. Like what we previously had.

      Pros

      Remote work is the best thing that happened to me! I have more time for my personal activities and I'm able to travel while working. Deel family is amazing, and the benefits for employees too.
