      Incredible product and opportunities

      Pros

      Deel has an incredible product. That *makes* your job as an SDR. Having conversations with people is insightful. It is truly possible to perform exceptionally well at Deel. Deel really lives up to it's reputation of being a great sales org - leadership is great, and despite being fully remote, the collaboration between peers and management is great. A lot of freedom; argument for what you do, and deliver what you're supposed to, and you'll be trusted to take ownership of what you do.

      Cons

      You have to WANT to work. It can be hard work, but it's more rewarding than you can imagine, and the opportunities are endless. Systems can be a *bit* messy, and you have to find a good workflow within the different tools used.

      Pros

      1. Deel working culture and environment gives each and every employee the ability to create a significant impact! 2. The management approach towards customer satisfation is absolutely remarkable in a way I have never seen before. It pushes the entire company to constantly improve - improving our product, improving our customer support, improving internal processes that does not necessarily visable to our clients but makes our company better every day. 3. Working remotely - this basically changed my life. being able to have such flexibilty during my day. the time I spent traveling to and from the office was exachanged with time I spend with my family each morning and afternoon.

      Cons

      Changing the world of payroll and HR administration requires everyone in the company to constantly give his 200% and to deliver at Deel speed - you need to have the abilty to handle the intensity. Saying that - PTO's are being super respected and gives the emplyees their time to recharge.
