      Salary is lower than the market The management does not support and help you to succeed even though they state that they do Management asks for feedback on product, processes, etc. but does not implement anything

      - PTO - Working from home (we have WeWork in case you want to go, no mandatory) - Culture and people

      Cons

      - We used to have a benefit that reimbursed money spent on health and wellness but we don't have it anymore, which is a shame - Depending on the team you are it can be a little demanding prioritizing the speed
