      - The company's meteoric rise is synonymous with career growth, there are lot of career opportunities at Deel. - Our CEO says it a lot and it does really look like reality judging by how things are evolving, Deel really feels like it will become a generational company (if not there yet already) - Your work has impact, you contribute to something big - The team is great #togethereverywhere - Job security is most likely unrivaled especially in today's turbulent market - Flexibility to work from anywhere in the world

      Cons

      Deel is not for the faint of heart. Despite being adrenaline-pumping and satisfying, the intensity, speed and pressure are on another level, can be overwhelming sometimes.

      What a journey, 1 year at Deel = at least 2 or 3 years in another company ! So much inspiring & ambitious people to work with and the product is evolving everyday thanks to our team but also our clients !
