      Super quick innovation and truly on the rocket ship to IPO Product team is amazing and platform is great

      Great company with a great vision

      Pros

      Deel is a very ambitious company that grew crazily over the past few years. It's super flex in nature, being fully remote, and in the business of allowing remote employment, That means that me and my team can work from anywhere we want in the world and a lot of employees constantly travel while working for Deel. Work itself is challenging and the team is very supportive and focused on finding the best way to resolving issues - i.e. no ego, and team members help and push for success even if it's not on their "job description". Love working here!

      Cons

      Fully remote means that there are no offices (we have a few from acquisitions - but these are the anomalies), though everyone gets a WeWork membership, if you really need to go somewhere everyday to work and a WeWork workspace is not enough - this is not the place for you
