      Pros

      I have worked for some incredible and top tech companies in the past, including Google, HubSpot, and Sprout Social. Deel definitely sits at the top as being the most dynamic and innovative. It's incredible to think that we are only 5 years old and have accomplished so much. You will grow and learn like crazy. Employees will have access to various resources such as training programs, workshops, mentorship opportunities, or exposure to new technologies and methodologies. The people, of course, are also amazing. It attracts a high level of talent which makes collaboration and execution fun and exciting. The product is top-notch - it is continually innovating at breakneck speeds so you can almost expect to have to keep learning. And finally, it's an incredibly ambitious company that does not apologize for its hard work. It is a mission-driven company that is truly looking to transform HR for the better and for the world.

      Cons

      Moving at a fast paced of course comes with its own challenges so if you're not used to the pace, then it may not be the right company for you. But if you are good with adaptability and execution, then its a wonderful company to work for.
