      Benefits are higher than standards

      Pros

      Working at Deel is good, the benefits and if you are lucky you will have a great team to work with and sync right on without an issue.

      Cons

      The workload is too high to handle sometimes and you will always get the blame even if some other teams messed up your features. You are expendable, remember that. You can easily be replaced and they will never mention the reason for such a fast decision although they were happy with your performance 2 weeks ago.

      Pros

      Dynamic company that is never boring. Ability to pivot quickly and work on high impact initiatives. Love working with my incredibly talented and kind team

      Cons

      The fast pace is not for everyone. You need to be someone who is energized by and embraces change. If you want a job where you can coast or hide, this is not the place for you. If you want a place where you can have extreme ownership and make impact, this will be fun.

      Life at Deel

      Pros

      Deel is growing at rapid speed and this role gives you the ability to work sales end to end and really drive your territory how you want. There are limited specialist roles to lean on so you are really able to get hands on with the product and position the product/run sales yourself. The product is one of the easier products i've had the chance to sell as every team needs to pay their staff correctly. Our product team are building a solution that is going to really disrupt the market in the coming years. With the growth that is coming there is a lot of room for career development and opportunities to progress your career.

      Cons

      As with all scale up companies, there is a lot of change you will need to navigate. There are also a lot of process and technology changes. Things move at Deel Speed which can be frantic and difficult. Added to this you are often working with global teams in different timezones so need to be prepared to work late hours at times.
