Very easy going environment and excellent colleagues. Dell has good products just because acquired software from other companies.....
Cons
No stocked canteen, no shared transportation despite we could have shared the bus with the EMC colleagues just on the other side of the square. Lack of training. What is worse is the lack of leadership at every level. Managers who do not do what they are supposed to do which is leading and motivating the people who work there, and some of them work really hard. Had 2 team meeting with my manager in 7 months, never an advice or a feedback. The company vision is not shared at all, and the management changes continuously, which leads to unmotivated teams and luck of trust. No communication between Cork management teams and the leadership in country. Really guys where do you think you are going with this attitude and "work ethics" No to talk about lays off made for no reason.... just a huge disappointment.
