      Felixable time, good life work balance.

      Layoffs almost every 2 years which reduces the moral and motivations and adds stress to employs, really political work enviroment that is not about doing a good job it is about self promoting and ignoring good workers

      Just a number, be prepared to be laid off if you work your way up. They will replace you with restaurant servers who just finished college

      Pros

      Solid processes, international teams, well renowned brand which helped me to secure a great subsequent job outside the company.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic working culture. Values are so disingenuous. A lot of pressure. Very political. Left after 2.5 years - on the verge of a breakdown. I left 2 years ago, and thinking of this professional work experience, still makes me feel nauseous. I know a lot of people love the company, so I guess it's just me.
