      Flexible work, challenging work and continues systems and business improvements. Loads to learn, job always keeps you interested with innovations

      Cons

      No time for research, no time to upskill team members, no time to get training. Every single task is priority to complete including low value/no value added projects. Challenging to stay not burnt out. No recognition for extra efforts Company has been having hiring freeze for 1 year now. No careers opportunities at the moment

      Stable job but the culture can be like a big boys club

      Its all about networking and who u know , not what u know. In my decade here i know nobody who got promoted based on just good aul fashioned hardwork. For people like me who have Autism, we find it hard to network and be sociable and therefore always get overlooked for promotion.
