The job was basically being glued to the screen from 7AM until 3PM, rarely I had a proper lunch break, most of the times I was having breakfast/lunch/drinks at my desk. Most of the times I refrained myself to go to the toilet as I could miss some Service Request in the queue that needed urgent attention. The management said that we could have breaks and take our time, etc. but in reality if we were missing something urgent we could get in trouble. Management was awful and also the Product Manager who worked in my shift was incompetent, with no empathy, demanding and showed zero interest in myself as a human being. TSE who worked in the team were unable to follow any directions. The Workflow Manager as per definition should manage without authority, but in reality I had no power at all. Everything was messy and impossible to manage (and for someone who is really precise and want to be everything perfect, it is a lot to take). When I was younger I worked as barista or waitress with 13 hours shift without toilet breaks, always standing and running. Well, this was worse and with much more pressure. I had to leave as my mental health was being severely affected.

- No worklife balance, workload is too high. Clocking 80 hours a week is a norm. - Working with global team hence has to deal with a lot of night calls.
