      Benefits of learn and grow. Prominent working place to be in Good working conditions Serenity of the environment No feeling of not good enough or low self esteem Ability to change roles when deemed fit. Experts of all technical knowledge available Ability to learn quickly and showcase your talent Provision of social amenities very encouraging Management allow for open door policy which is good

      Cons

      The problem no1 is pay structure, I believe is too low regarding the level of expertise we will be bringing to the company. We don't observe public holidays

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
