- It's a job There is supposed to be a twenty word minimum, but that's all I could seriously say about this place. I've never worked somewhere so shoddy in all my life.

Cons

- Rats - Food defrosted before refrozen - Holidays denied - Illegal hours - Made to work your breaks - Made to work extra for free every day - No days off for funerals - Abusive management - Far too few staff - Bullying culture - If customers threaten you, the company does nothing - You've not to take action against shoplifters - No barring policy - No communication between management - Frequently moved to different shops - Paltry salary. Assistant managers in Aldi earn more than Farmfoods Area Managers.
