15% discount and little else

Cons

very long hours, not uncommon to work over 60 hours a week and 15 hour shifts with no breaks. Unrealistic budgets. Not enough staff to cover shifts. higher management always reminding you that your job is not secure. Negative culture. Little thanks. No family life. Constant phone calls from work on the few days off you get. Poor support from higher management.

My pay was good for a graduate role. Some people are ok.

Cons

Racism is casually thrown around and accepted as part of the culture. If you are a manager don't expect to have a break. You will be doing 14 hour shifts giving 100% and then doing the exact same the next day. You are not provided with any sort of mentor ship. The shops are disgusting, I once found a mouse floating in the toilet and no one batted and eyelid. It takes everything out of you.
