Pros

Starting wages and raises are decent enough, you do get Vacation and Sick time after 90 days. Easy job.

Cons

Bad managemant all around; customers are accustomed to walking all over employees& management. Managers do not care.

Pros

Decent benefits, Supply you with a uniform shirt.

Cons

Terrible management. Forced to push color copies and large projects to half drunk customers who are only interested in a nine cent black and white copy of their lottery tickets. If you want to treated like a baby and micro-managed by THREE managers in a store with eight associates and get paid lousy, then this is the place for you!

Pros

The customer's. They're fun. Never knowing what you're going to get that day. Having a manager that was promoted from within helps with morale as well. The branding of FedEx on me gives a bit of prestige.

Cons

You never now what's gonna happen. For the last 4 years, large changes have been happening every 6 months. It's obvious that senior management is still trying to find a model that works with FedEx Office's services. On paper, the culture & values are excellent. Not implemented very well. Center management turnover is at approximately 60%. FedEx is probably one of the best places to work. FedEx Office is not.
