Thanks for your feedback. I’m glad you took the time to provide a candid review and tangible ideas about how we can improve. We are eager to make cross-company communication and collaboration better and will continue to focus our efforts on this critical area. It is difficult when two separate companies begin a partnership and though we’ve seen incredible progress, work for us remains. The advice to increase opportunities for learning and skill development is solid. Though we were able to offer a number of in-person training last fiscal year, we know that our ambitious team wants more. I’m grateful for a team with a growth mindset and will work closely with our sales leaders and revenue enablement team to offer more opportunities to learn sales skills as well as promote opportunities to learn via Udemy. We have many individuals who begin a sales career at Glassdoor as an SDR and move up through the sales organization successfully. It’s important that we work on preparation from the beginning. Finally, thank you for recognizing our strong culture including our focus on diversity and inclusivity. We know these are elements of what makes Glassdoor special. Thanks for all the work you’ve done for Glassdoor. - Val Roush, VP of Sales and Customer Success.

Pros

The people at Glassdoor are the best there are. In my 5 years there, I never met a bad apple but I did meet many intelligent, wonderful and kind people. There is a lot of support for new ideas and trying new things. The benefits were great, and while it is expected to work hard, Glassdoor supports employees getting time to recharge.

Cons

As Glassdoor continues to partner closer with Indeed, there are some growing pains as the companies come together.

Thank you for taking the time to provide valuable feedback. I’m glad to hear that your Glassdoor experience is positive including the great benefits and career opportunities. However, it is the people that truly set us apart and create our unique culture, and you’re part of that. As you said, DE & I is a priority for us and one of the reasons our people and culture are so great. Thanks for all you contribute to Glassdoor. - Val Roush, VP of Sales and Customer Success
