      Pros

      - If you want to get into games design / development then there is progression in this area, otherwise there is none. - Company party's every quarter and events and other meetups.

      Cons

      - No real progression. - Complete lack of amenities on site. (for a tech company there was no coffee machine, games consoles, pool table etc that you would expect to have in a break room). - Lack of control over systems due to corporate structure. - Complete lack of personal development. - Flexible working doesn't really suit. - Managers seem to be stressed out and overworked.
