Pros

You can learn on the job if you have no experience. The workload can be manageable even when moving across different projects. The QA team are all really friendly and help each other out

Cons

When working on a game for a different studio it can feel a bit sectioned off between the two teams, but its getting better with handover meetings. For me personally there was not much career progression but the Greentube team is still growing.
