Pros

Positive people within the team (except liars on higher management level) and also I liked HR`s attitude and when you send email they respond with good argumentation and helps you.

Cons

German market is very overloaded and at the time when I worked management promised very promising future but never happened then they saw that everything was unorganized from the beginning, they closed the project. Not saying that every project is like that, but if you want that your company growths very faster and acknowledged by most of the employees, you have to posses the ability to think a good way for workload.
