Exposure to outsourcing industry, experience managing offshore teams

Widespread incompetency at middle/senior management levels. Poor work ethic, management lacks professionalism and has no respect for co workers

flexible work timings, independence of work , openness, In general if a person is committed then that person can extract lot from the system

Cons

compensation is very low. not a very long term vision. very tactical company. management is not very cohesive. lot of attrition

Pros

HCL provides Account Managers with a lot of freedom and autonomy. There is a lot of scope for new learning. Very aggressive sales organization.

Cons

In HCL it is difficult to maintain work life balance. Occasionally, it is very difficult to see clear vision and strategy emanating at Senior Management level.
