Pros

Good social environment Working with Eir in a city centre location Comprehensive training and easy entry into the customer support industry - for those mad enough to want to go into it willingly

Cons

HCL are business outsourcers. You're employed to work with Eir, but not given the same benefits or respect as Eir staff directly. It's demeaning. No respect or appreciation for education whatsoever. A minimum 6 to 8 month probationary period before they will even consider allowing you to move roles to something more applicable to your talents. Pay is pitiful.
