Pros

Most people are sound. Good for a first job. Don't get comfortable. Some departments out sourced to India with very basic English.

Cons

Underpaid. Management have not got a clue. I've worked there for 2 years and could do a better job than my ops manager. Not appreciated or even recognised for doing good work. Power mad supervisors. Hypocrisy on all levels. Payroll is a joke, Constant mistakes.
