Pros

The company is employee friendly and you have job security. Just meeting your targets will make you one of the top performers. You may get so comfortable that you will start taking things for granted. Laid back attitude prevails and it can be addictive. Switching to a not so easy going company may give you a cultural shock.

Cons

Its a 'Desi company'. Pays less with low hikes. Thats the price you pay for not having to work so much and a chilled out atmosphere.

Pros

Nice industry to start off with. Many technologies to understand. Many ppl to help you understand. Freedom of taking appropriate decisions. To summarize, nice place to kick start your career.

Cons

A couple of years into the system and you will find yourself in a quagmire. Growth is stunted. Processes have still not reached the maturity level. A "lala" company, as they say!
