Pros

Well! First of all I would like thank Glassdoor for giving me a box to write what I think about the place where I worked. HCL (HYDROCHLORIC ACID) If you don't have any place to work and a penny in your pocket. I would recommended you stay at home watchin TV rather than working there. You're not going earn anything there, your life will be ruined. Working in HCL was my biggest mistake. Believe me, work hard and go for any other organisation who will pay you well and you have great chance of your career growth too.

Cons

Deaf management. Poor work culture. No career growth. Negative politics. Work pressure. Minimum salary in market. Negligible hike, nobody knows about hike in that organisation. Cab issues.
