Pros

Nice amount of leaves, you can take timely leaves if you feel stressed.

Cons

I have been at Hashedin before its merger with Deloitte. The projects are not good these days, quality of work has degraded a lot. If you are fresher, I wouldn't recommend this company. Although the CTC they provide to freshers is decent at the beginning, but it is still not comparable to the market and there is a large gap in payscale of freshers vs people who join after experience, almost around 7 lacs for the same position. The management is not great, people working on current projects know this. This includes managers and HRs. HR and managers have given threats for either low reviews or kicking out of the company if you refuse to do extra work or try changing projects. Unfair review practices. Managers don't have timely review sessions and at the end of a review cycle, they will simply say you have not met expectations to refuse promotions/raise. I have seen people licking managers' boots getting decent pay raise but they deny the same who work hard. If one had not been meeting expected goals, one should be informed prior review and salary hike.

Pros

They provide 2 hikes in a year and Deloitte provides few good perks

Cons

1. Management is very bad and project's quality is very bad 2. Management wants devops engineers to be good in k8S but does not provide any resources like Cloud Account or cluster. They want us to use our own personal account and in turn contribute to the Org. 3. You get promotion if you are managers pet 4. Spot awards are biased they give it to few people who are having good relation with manager 5. There is no grooming or quality of product which is delivered to the client. They just want to deliver things to Deloitte as fast as they can 6. Managers literally says if you do not do this I will make sure you will not get good hikes for RT. 7. Your coach is someone who is not working in your domain and has no clue how you could improve they just give random feedbacks

Pros

Writing this review from a developers perspective . It's a decaying company now . Pros were there till 2018 , and for freshers till 2019 . Freshers can still expect pros in terms of their carrer start . But experienced employees joining here please beware. I recommend you to go on LinkedIn and talk to people who have left this company in recent years , u'll get to know reality. Free and good food which is a pros. There are some good projects as well , but most of them are going away now as delloite have taken over , do it's a changing times.

Cons

Partiality , full nepotism ( till manager level ) . They've managers , heads oppointed from family members , relatives and they are runing the projects and careers of employees ( I personally know many ) & even when the higher management knows about them . What else can you expect . Most of the learned people have left the organisation and in process of leaving continuously day by day , so the pros of learning from technically sound people is also gone . Apart from this you can also expect to cross path with a particular group , which is there just to trouble people . Most of the times this set of people do this school / college kids kind of activities of following girls , cooking up stories , connecting your names with other girl/boy . This is another annoying aspect , which might end up in fights if you strictly stand up against them. There a process called RT , which is done to evaluate your work and decide promotion and hikes, which was always changing when I was there , every other month they change policies and this process. Anyways I found this process itself useless , because I know this secret as well that even before you fill your RT , it's decided what u'll be given , which depends on how much u r close to decision makers . All you can expect from this organisation is , that you come and learn a specific thing if you want to and then leave without any expectations. That's all.

Thanks for your detailed and honest feedback. We cannot agree on most of the points, especially the one where you have mentioned about nepotism. We have a very scientific method of assessing the employee’s performance. There are well-defined band specifications for each of the tracks and evaluation criteria. There are no chances of being subjective and tweaking the ratings. About the performance appraisals, we agree not being perfect yet, But we definitely disagree with your statement that we are partial. It is a fair process as 360-degree feedback is taken into consideration while evaluating the performance.
