Pros

Market share leader, huge bag of products and services relative to competitors, in-house financing options for Doctors

Cons

New compensation plan heavily favor rookie reps and lower performing reps by giving base. Commission isn't technically "capped", but your earnings above "plan" are tiny relative to the old commission rate plan. There is also a massive lack of communication between the field level and middle to upper management. Slow to move and a lot of red tape trying to get things done

Was a good company

Pros

This company is a subsidiary of Henry Schein Dental. This company used to have some really good core values and really did care about their employees. The benefits were good. Salaries were average. However, the different teams and departments all had a very positive environment which was really the "thing" that a lot of the employees stayed for.

Cons

As with a lot of fortune 300 companies it all boils down to money. The products were starting to not gain as much traction in the marketplace as they once used to, core values were set aside in order to bolster finances, and the family atmosphere was lost. It appears that they are continuing to review the bottom line and are still making drastic changes.

Pros

good benefits, people are helpful for the most part, good pay, ample time off

Cons

training was horrible, spent whole first week just getting peoples technology working. they did not go over everything they could, had one mentor that would give one word answers with no further explanation, when asking for help in group chats you are lucky if you get an answer, there is too much to learn for just 1 week of training. throw you into other queues with very little training. just are not prepared for the calls when you come out of training.
