Good pay- due a pay rise too. Supportive environment and management. Amazing employer pension contribution. Good prospects for progression. Flexible working hours.

Cons

Some people get more opportunities to do extra tasks/ deputising teams. This could be shared amongst more people so everyone gets the same opportunities. Job itself is very boring and repatative but good starting point for Civil Service career. Office attendance increased to 60% from 40% which I don't believe is necessary.
