The work is fulfilling, you feel like you are contributing to something bigger. Can start any time up to 10am and can work flexibly around important appointments. WFH policy - 2 days a week.

Cons

The work is target-driven, which in itself isn't a problem. But sometimes the reason why targets can't be met is down to the types of cases allocated, rather than your own performance.
