Pros

Lots of job variety, flexible working on hours and location, interesting people and roles, opportunities for development. Good salary.

Cons

Onboarding new staff is difficult. IT equipment and connectivity can be very poor. Office locations are overcrowded and unsuitable. Hot desking policy doesn't really work well. Often there is too much procrastination amongst some staff, and many "housekeeping" services (ie. booking meeting rooms/arranging events) are very difficult and overly bureaucratic.

Pros

Not much - Flexible working hours

Cons

Management are are deceitful, lying and ignorant who openly claim employment legislation does not have to be adhered to if they don’t want to. Disability rights are ignored. Employment policies and procedures look good on paper but are not followed. For those who give good reviews they have probably not faced the dirty underhand methods first hand - or maybe they are the ones who cruelly chuck people out under the bus to preserve their own jobs.
