* Job security * Decent Pension

Cons

* Organisational structure is too hierarchical * Management are out of touch and too focused on quantity of cases served rather than quality * The office feels far too cliquey * Teams can be really 'matey' to a toxic level * Pay has not risen in Long time * Unecessarily competitive work culture * Increasing micromanagement * The office is incredibly depressing * Support for disabled colleagues is not great * Lack of supervisions and 1-to-1s (its been over 5 months) * Old / out of date systems that are always crashing/having problems
