Pros

Pay was pretty decent, hours were flexible, good perks, like corporate gym membership, good pension scheme, working from home and/or office

Cons

Work very changeable, not really as advertised in job description but it was a new role so I suppose there were always going to be changes When I was there, not enough work to keep you busy, a lot of wasted time in my opinion

Pros

• Good Pay • Blue Life Card

Cons

• Boring - I like being busy, fast, and setting myself business goals/targets but couldn’t do that here at all. It was all boring computer work which made me ill/tired, everything else was all wait and do a slow check when ready, most of the time there was no work though. • No work life balance • Mistreated and Misjudged by managers - I joined as an Apprentice without having the qualifications so had to do extra work to achieve the qualifications as part of my Apprenticeship. Managers here though were use to people joining already having all the qualifications so judged I was being naughty trying to waste time and make myself look busy while working on these as part of my Apprenticeship. • Bullied - Was used to do jobs everyone else in the office hated doing and couldn’t be bothered to do because there was never anything to do for anyone.
