Pros

Professional and capable staff, though very hampered by old fashioned systems.

Cons

Difficult working conditions. IT systems not fit for purpose; always cash strapped and constantly changing focus to new priorities. Went for years without salary increase. Reimbursed expenses for work away from home did not cover personal outlay.
