- Last year was 2015 not 2019 - Great team, friendly and supportive manager - Varied and interesting work - Great for people who enjoy being thorough, using analytical skills, writing

Cons

- Could see how the odds were stacked against migrants - felt like there was a culture of seeking to find reasons to not grant people LTR instead of providing a fair assessment which did not align with my values - Lack of accountability with cases not handled correctly
