Cons

illegal internal recruitment practices and discrimination. Arbitrary reasons given to deny development opportunities which is tolerated by the PCS union.

Was one of the best places I’ve worked. Colleagues were amazing and the work environment was always professional but fun.

Cons

The only con would be some of the higher managers are very entitled and expect too much in spite of uncontrollable issues we face.
