Pros

Ability to progress quickly as long as you have the right manager backing you, interesting work, can gain a lot of quality experience, flexi-time

Cons

Obsessed with statistics, HIGH TURNOVER - really big staff retention issue, quantity of quality in terms of work output, mid management/ operational management are clueless and pretty useless, no synergy between HO and other departments, ridiculously underpaid for the work, continually hiring unsuitable agency staff for HO roles, political uncertainty makes work planning awkward, and there is little to no job satisfaction causing very low morale.
